Delete Your Data

BoardingNext · last updated 11 August 2026

BoardingNext has no accounts to sign in to, so there is nothing to delete outside the app itself. Deletion happens instantly, in the app, in a few taps — there is no form to fill in and no waiting period.

How to delete your data

  1. Open BoardingNext.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Under Data, tap Delete my data.
  4. Confirm when asked.

That's it. A fresh, empty account starts automatically, so the app keeps working — it just has no boards until you build new ones.

What gets deleted, and when

Everything, immediately: your anonymous account identifier and every board on it — which stops, lines, and directions you saved, and how you ordered them. This is a real deletion, not a deactivation — the same records a request made any other way would remove. There is no additional retention period; nothing is kept in backups beyond ordinary short-lived database replication that clears within hours.

Clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling it, is not the same thing — that only removes what is on your device. Your boards would remain on the server under the same anonymous identifier, simply unreachable from that install. Use Delete my data to actually remove them.

Data this app never collects

There was never a name, email address, phone number, or any other personal detail to begin with — see the privacy policy for the full account of what the app does and does not collect.

No app, or no way to open it?

Because the account is anonymous — no email, name, or password attached to it — there is no way to look one up from the outside, which is also what keeps it private. If you no longer have the app installed and are concerned about data left behind, reinstalling and using Delete my data once is the reliable path; for anything else, write to the address below.
